Landmark Argyle Pink Diamond and Imperial Jade necklace debuts in Hong Kong
Rio Tinto's rare pink diamonds have been combined for the first time with Imperial Jade in a landmark piece of jewellery.
Known as The Argyle Empress, the statement necklace designed by luxury jeweller Chow Tai Fook, combines more than 43 carats of rare Argyle pink diamonds with 35 rare Imperial Jade beads.

A spectacular theatre production about to hit the stage in the Kimberley has highlighted Argyle Diamonds' ongoing support for the local indigenous communities around Kununurra. One of the stars of Jandamarra – a legendary Aboriginal warrior and lawman who resisted European colonisation in the late 1800's – is Kevin Spratt, a worker at Argyle's diamond mine about 150km south of Kununurra.
